Our services

At Mindful States Therapy PLLC, we provide a compassionate and supportive space for personal healing and growth. Our services are designed to meet each individual where they are, helping clients reconnect with themselves, process difficult emotions, and create lasting change through evidence-based and mind–body approaches. All sessions are currently offered virtually, providing comfort, flexibility, and accessibility. We are currently working with only adults 18 and up.

Individual therapy

Our individual therapy sessions (45–60 minutes) focus on helping clients navigate life’s challenges and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Sessions are tailored to address a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, life transitions, stress management, and self-esteem. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, therapy provides a safe space to explore patterns, build coping tools, and create meaningful change in your day-to-day life. 

Somatic, IFS, and EMDR-focused therapy

Our specialized 60–90 minute sessions integrate Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support deep healing from trauma and emotional distress. These sessions focus on the connection between mind and body, helping clients gently process stored emotions and memories while developing a sense of safety and self-compassion. This integrative approach encourages balance, self-understanding, and the ability to respond to life’s experiences from a grounded and empowered place. 

Guided hypnotherapy

Our guided hypnotherapy sessions offer a relaxing and focused experience that helps access the subconscious mind to promote healing, growth, and positive behavioral change. Hypnotherapy can support goals such as reducing anxiety, improving sleep, increasing confidence, releasing old habits, or connecting more deeply with your inner self. Sessions are available individually or in customized packages, allowing clients to focus on specific intentions or long-term transformation.
